Hi Iain
I had a tonneau zip break on my 4/4 4 seater. The metal zips leak water so I went to ao a boat builder at the Brighton Marina and he fitted a plastic boat zip which had larger teath and was 99% water proof and he only charged £35. I hope this helps.

All the best

My wife got mine fixed while i was away earlier on this year, she bought a zip from www.woolies-trim.co.uk (about £6 with postage) and had it fitted at a local upholsterer for £10. Job done!!

Cheers for the suggestions - found a clothing repairs bloke who advertised leather repairs. Asked about the tonneau and he said "Yes, no problem" and turns out he's done hood repairs, rear window replacement etc in the past so a good find.
