Aeros are comfy although long drives are still slightly wearing top down. Another great reason to wait for the Aero GT3!!

Back to this topic!

I fitted the wind deflector supplied by Williams: it hasn't really solved the problem.

So I'm going to fit rear mudflaps, as detailed by DW, see my separate thread. But I think putting a luggage box on the rack is also worth trying: the one I have is a nice leather one and not ideal, so a cheapish plastic one that can be secured to the rack makes some sense. I seem to recall there have been suggestions..time for a search!

Peter I suffer with the same issue which did not occur on my previous plus 8 or Roadster.
Have you already tried a rear mesh type wind deflector as are used on many modern sports cars ?

Yes, limited success but it is the one designed for the Trad so is 10cm narrower than the body.

There is another thread on this subject, here:

Wet Screen

It seems to be a very complex aerodynamic issue with no simple answer (other than a good cleaning cloth). I wouldn't be surprised to find 2 otherwise similar cars where one did this and one didn't!
