Hi all,
After 7 and a half months and 2678 miles of Morgan ownership and despite the awful weather. I am still grinning with excitement! I never would have thought I would have become so enthusiastic over the Marque. Or to mention being photographed so much! Apart from a dateless plate and luggage rack the car is as I ordered. At 47 I do feel some what younger than my fellow members but, everyone has been so friendly it's been a joy to meet them.
May I take this opportunity to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Nick

And to you Nick. wine

Lovely to hear that you are enjoying your Morgan and what a beauty it is.

As for being younger than most owners, I think you're right in the middle - our youngest being 'Young-one' (I don't think she's cracked the 20's yet!) and telling the age of the oldest would be unkind... so I'll just say oldgit grin2

Dark green 'Trad', wire wheels, bumpers, spots, 'short' number plate - can't go wrong really!

At the risk of causing controversy hide , PLEASE recognise what this season is -- it is CHRISTMAS, as we remember the birth of Christ, who all Christians recognise as our Lord and Saviour. It is NOT XMas which strikes me as some sort of target shoot!!!!

A blessed and peaceful Christmas to all!

I used to think the same however someone (a vicar I recall) pointed out to me that X is actually Greek shorthand for Christ....

See Wikipedia article on Xmas

As I remember it, the date was originally a Pagan festival – remnants of which still remain. There is no justification for using it as the definitive date for the alleged birth of Jesus, rather the existing festivities were taken over and a new reasoning given by the Christians as the reason for celebration.

Happy Solstice to all!
