What do you think is wrong Kaou, from the Pro Tune II trouble codes? There are no current trouble codes. They generally seem to be historical and high temperature related, not a likely at -6c when you had the problem. One code says that the battery voltage was high, it may have produced electrical problems (and all the trouble codes)? Maybe have a check of the voltage rectifier unit, particularly if it is the original CE one?

I had the same problem, engine warning light, smell of petrol when cold, engine patchy. In at the dealers for 2 months and eventually they replaced the ECU under warranty and no more problems

I had the same problem, engine warning light, smell of petrol when cold, engine patchy. In at the dealers for 2 months and eventually they replaced the ECU under warranty and no more problems i too had the same issue,"choking" at low revs etc. Same fix too ie a new ECU. Try and get a known good one and replace yours temporarily.

Does anyone know who manufactures the alternator? Is it shipped from s&s or is it a morgan addition?

planenut : The "No current trouble code" is due to the engine being stopped. The errors were from the day before so they are in the historic. And these errors occurred in cold weather !
Philip & P964 are right I think, the ECU must have an issue since the code seems quite abnormals.
I am waiting for the reply from Morgan France. If no reply, I will contact the factory and S&S.

I thought the Alternator was an integral part of the engine ...and therefore SnS?

Thanks, Do they make the rectifier as well? Do all s and s engines use cycle electric inc equipment or was it morgan's choice?
I am wondering about the extent of oem testing. I know that s&s test their equipment choices alot. I am considering placing transient voltage suppressors on the circuitry to stop rectifier and ecu burn outs.

The engine check light is turning on only when : 1 - I release the throttle @ 3000rpm 2 - I push down the throttle to the maximum The rest of the time, the light is off and the engine work fine.
