Its ridiculous to tell you battery running flat in 3days is acceptable mad Sounded to me they can't be bothered to investigate the problem because it's still under warranty!

If you have to pay them, they'll be more than happy to spend hours on it ooo

Got the car back

No specific leak was identified. I was suggested to either use an accumate or the master switch

It is freezing cold over here, so letting the car with no use to see how long the battery will last might not be representative, so I will try this later

Several times on the way back, I was under the impression of sticky brakes. I mean, like if the brakes were pressed at a traffic light, but the car, whilst in D would not move on iddle. A light press on the brake pedal, results in a 'clonk' and a leap forward, as if something went suddenly free, like sticking caliper

Is it a known problem?

Do you find the car seems to brake/slow up more than normal when you lift off the throttle as well? If so it might be a glitch with the brake light switch which confuses the computer and the ABS and ends up activating the brakes.

Yes, this seems to happen sometimes

I will look at the pedal box and the brake lights, should the weather be warmer wink

There may be nothing wrong with the brake lights but purely a glitch with the switch. Aparently, when you try to remove the switch, it WILL break. Seems to me you need to go to your nearest Morgan dealer that has the diagnostics computer.

There is a computer plug in fusebox and another under the dash near the steering wheel. The diagnostics system is quite impressive. It may just need to be reset.

Aeromax

Given your lack of local Morgan dealers in France you can if required most likely get a diagnosis down by your local BMW garage.

Cheers

Philip

Thanks Philip

I may take a couple of days off in Feb and drive to Italy, and visit the local dealer in Milan

I have a Stratos to test drive nearby, so worth the trip
