From aldridge near walsall to near nuneaton A5 for a very pleasant lunch with spanner juggler. Bit wet on the way back, but a clean, the second in a week, will do the trick.

Nor me John. Fear of standing water on the A466 Tintern road (which was evident in bucket loads, including entire width of road right next to a sheer drop into the Wye) meant that swmbo's camper got me to Temple Meads early doors today.

Still, normal service will be resumed tomorrow (along with a long overdue clean) drive

How long to go for you, Hopalong ? grin2

Cheers

Around 14 weeks or so now. I don't like to think about it! My next target is three weeks time to have the current cast taken off and a new one fitted for another couple of weeks. It'll give me a chance to change the colour from Kermit Green to,something else! Hopefully after that I'll be given a cast which will allow me to,start putting my foot onto, the ground.

Sitting on my sofa all day with my leg up is driving me up the wall! There's only so much daytime TV I can stomach although I've a pile of books to go through.

Jess has had her amputation below the knee. Hopefully this will be the end of her suffering since she broke her ankle in Feb last year. I wish her a speedy recovery as well as you, Jay.

Bob it's terrible to think that such a thing can happen from breaking her ankle. I do hope that she can now make a speedy recovery and that you can both move forward.
