I have the factory fitted paint protection film and very pleased with it. I like the idea of the spray on film but know it would not be succesful if I tried it but if you have the skill go for it.

I dont think the best are Vinyl. I understand the dealer and factory fit are a much tougher Polyurethane, Vinyl wont stand up to abrasion, so would be cheaper.

I have the dealer fitted protective film while good for stone chips it is not as protective for scuff marks
