Car was starting fine then....water pump leak sprayed af around adjacent area. Still started then not so much.
Need to fix pump but what is best way to get spark back. Engine spins fine but was fire. Check dist rotor and seemed dry. Plus seem dry. Would antifreeze on coil be a problem?
Any thoughts or comments appreciated. Tahnks

Clean all electric contacts including the points incase something has coated them. Try some thing like white spirit,
.+8 Now gone for a 1800 4/4. Duratec in bright yellow.

Check HT leads - make sure no water trapped in the ends, especially on coil to distributor lead.
