Ed, Very clever, any video of you loading ? I'm guessing you lower the ramp, push the Eco Exo R on, secure real wheel via side trap door, then raise ramp ? Production possibilities ?

Very close Seeker!
I will have some 1 1/2" angle bump stops in the track so I can hold the steering wheel and back it up until the rear tire is centered on the rear of the track. I can push on the roll bar till it goes in the trailer about halfway and over the bump stop. Then I push it from the front until it goes over the second bump stop and hits the rear wheel stop. I open the side door and ratchet the rear tight. I close the side door and raise the trailer. I then go to the back of the trailer and tighten the two ratchets for the front wheels. I close and latch the rear door and be on my way.
It will be quick and fast and hold the trike securely.
The person that helped me build it is looking for more customers as the hard part of the design is done. It can be made to custom fit the Morgan or he can make a traditional trailer sized perfectly for the Morgan. He is very reasonable and only builds in aluminum. The quality is way over a commercial trailer.

I finally got the wiring. Door Seals and Ratchets in their final locations. I also bent the track sides out a bit and sanded all the edges. I took the trailer and trike out for a spin and everything is working great. It sure was a lot of work but everything turned out according to plan so pretty happy but tired. I also install two interior LED lights when loading it at night. I still plan for a laser light that will line up the front left tire on the left side. That way I can push it back and once the tire is aligned I will be able to push the trike straight in. It is a one man operation and very easy to do. I also plan for a small hand winch to lower or raise the bar. It takes about 75 LBS now but as I get older it will be easy to winch it up or down. Hope you all like the ideas I am thinking of. Not only do I have a high regard for your workmanship Edward, but your eye for detail is outstanding, you've truly created something to be proud of - that is, both car and trailer as an outfit. Beautiful.
