I took out the rear seat and replaced it with a carpeted platform so our two 60-70 pound dogs could ride along with us. Couldn't do that with a 2 seater.
if it ain't broke, fix it 'till it is.

I intentionally bought a 2 seater so that my good lady and I could have some time to ourselves. Selfish, wasn't I? I know the feeling Considering making mine a 3 seater so I can exclude my eldest 15 year old Teenagers eh!

I have a friend who bought a Plus 4 4 Place to do just that. Called it DOGMOG. He has two Giant Schnauzers and wanted them to enjoy the fun, but alas the two dogs heads were above his and his wife's heads and the dogs drooled. I bought them umbrella hats off the web, but they sold the car. Now the dogs only ride in the Moke.

I think it's more likely that they have not finished the website than it is they are stopping 4-seater production without warning...

This must have changed with recent cars Richard as I was really surprised mine could accommodate tall people. Hood is actually higher over the back seats. The only reported problem is the stiffness of the seats. Must add little pillows  Cheers, Vladimir
vMog is a 2013 +4/ 4 seater, dark red with saddle brown trim, wooden dashboard and console.

My Dad told me today that the factory will not build anymore 4 seaters, the initial plan to halt production for a year to redevelop it has been scrapped.. It's in this months Mog Mag, evidently the last 4 seaters have to start production this month so lots in build at the minute..
