Wow! I just popped back to place my for sale ad, and it seems JC is still the source of great debate on TM. Interesting to read now that I don't log on or view as much... Makes you realise what your missing

Nobody dare , they may have ended up with EGG on their face.
Being as I was the first to mention Sabine Schmitz . If Top Gear gets a revamp and Sabine is on and the mog club get an invite I think it should be me who goes along. Anyway I can speak German so the chat up would be easy . Just for anglo British and German relations so to speak .

Is there a good motoring programme on TV?
There are several of differing content.
Fifth Gear.....better than TG...VBH..... her sexy squeak!
Chasing Classic Cars - Wayne Carini....I like it but focussed in US and top end cars.
Wheeler Dealers.....ok- ish but switch off if not an interesting car.
Car SOS.
Several US loud and brash car buy/ do up/ sell type.
Couple of decent bike series, mainly US again though.
Occasional good short series...Philip Glenister one recently was nice restoring " accessible" classics.
Paul McGann 4 parter re history of cars, Uk based
Motors TV channel with good lower end away from F1 features on club classes and bikes etc.
Mega Machines...showing manufacture of supercars.
Classic Car Show....too wooden presenters, much as I like them otherwise.
I don't think there can be a programme that covers evry niche etc. as there are too many options.

Sabine and Vicki.......come on BBC....start a new programme just with them!
Jodie too in a non- speaking role......

I don't really have that much time for Clarkson but, least we forget, he did punch Piers Morgan, so therefore I'm happy to give him quite a bit of slack!

Unfortunately the celeb industry has flourished and will continue to do so....everyone loves a scandal!

Both Hammond and May have 'other jobs' on the BBC and do them quite well. So would they walk away from the BBC in solidarity with JC? I don't see that happening without a serious Plan.

JC might be holding the Beeb to ransom - more money to re-sign. I think they should call his bluff and put TG to bed for a while, But I do think they should screen the remainder of this series. Having presumably recorded most of it already and so incurred the costs, it is petty in the extreme to refuse to screen those episodes. Even if JC is excluded from the hangar scenes, or better still, is sitting there with gaffer tape round his orifice.
