I've just had clearance to fly on this site. Already posted one item regarding my M3W's rear drive sprocket. Previously owned a Morgan 4/4 CVH 5-speed 1983 (Golden Yellow)which I ran for almost 16 years; Northern Ireland and then CranMog and DevaMog. I now live in the extreme south west of Wales (TaffMog) and only see other Morgans during the holiday season - got to start going to Noggins. Much impressed with the Factory's improved design and quality control during the 15 years I've been Mogless; but there's always room for more improvement. The M3W is great fun and it is amazing the reaction you get from other people. Whilst having coffee in our local M&S I watched a BMW start to drive past my Mog parked in the car park. Driver stopped, got out, walked around the Mog then took two photographs of it before getting back in his tintop and driving off. He has to dream I don't.

Hello & welcome to TM from a current Devamog member (last 2 years).

Glad you enjoy your M3W and it is great when people who often have spent a lot more money on their cars than we have but they don't get half the reaction!

We love camera on here so when you get the hang of posting pics we would like to see your M3W.

Welcome to TM!
Funny about people's reaction...I've had people leaning out of cars on the M5 taking photos of us driving an M3W. And very strangely, I've had Chinese students on one tour, leaning against my Z4 in the factory car park taking photos! That was weird!

Welcome. Yes people do odd things when they see a Morgan, on a vist to MMC recently I noticed a car coming up very fast in the outside lane, I was in the centre in the Roadster. As it got near it slowed sharply and the window nearest came down, a chap stuck his head out and gave a thumbs up and then the Merc tore off, it had Dutch plates.

Welcome to the Morgan world Benfro Mog.
Talking of funny reactions to the Mog.
Broke down in a stream of traffic in my 1999 4/4 today (petrol pump relay switch!) While I was waiting for the AA to help out I had several conversations with many an envious male and female passers bye who were only too keen to tell me their story about their cars or their brush with a Morgan. One lady even interrupted my telephone conversation with the AA shouting that her nephew had a cream coloured car like mine.
The AA man eventually arrived and in his thirty two years experience had never been called out for a Morgan before. Such reliable cars!!!
