So my chassis cleaner arrived last week and i finally received my main karcher system today. i bought this thing from Amazon but it had clearly been used before as it was covered in detergent, chucked in a brown box and branded as genuine karcher. It didnt have instructions or the main karcher branded packaging. who the hell would do that? refund!
If you've got it attached to a Karcher pressure washer make sure the pump is thoroughly drained down before you store it away, otherwise the pistons will seize. Nilfisk washers suffer from the same problem. I think they cut a few corners in manufacturing.

I had a large pressure washer which I've donated to the business so they can wash the vans and I've just bought the Karcher compact to use with the chassis washer as I liked the very small size
both the compact and the chassis washer are in their boxes but will use in the next couple of weeks and see how they do on the Morgan

If not as advertised or possible fake then complain to eBay. Their policy was to be on the buyers side re refund and take money off the seller. When in police ops room I had a call re similar from a seller but advised to report it as fraud due to circumstances of buyer claiming non delivery despite a signature and other comments confirming receipt.eBay had taken the easy option of taking money from the seller despite clear evidence to prove fraud by the buyer! Saved eBay a court case/ costs, but unsure of final outcome so can't update you.
Re washing, I was away on weekend in Mog and washed her yesterday. I used Karcher on reduced pressure for top before shampooing, used a normal hose lance with swivel head for underneath. Plenty of water does the job. The underside is well under sealed so no real worries.
Hello Stewart did you use your chassis washer yet? If so, how did you get on?
Also did you get the shampoo/detergent and the wax or just the wax?

Would you believe it (unusual for a new toy) I haven't even got it out of the box yet I last went out all day in the Morgan a week last Sunday and so it does need a wash but I spent all last weekend doing a bit of maintenance in the garage
The next weekend day when it's not raining, i will be washing with the chassis washer
It did come with the chassis wax but I don't know about the detergent - might have a sample sachet in the box - can't quite remember

Can't say I blame you, it hasn't exactly been car washing weather up here in the frozen north! As we both know, the councils seem to have dumped a mountain of salt on the roads in the last few days. They must be making room in their storage units for the summer stone chippings.
It seems to have had good reports so I think it needs to take up some space in my toy box too.
