Just posted the pics on the morgan photo gallery. Is there some sort of funny inner wing on a roadster?

There's no funny inner wing on a Roadster. If you mean the front inner wing, the material and style were altered following the introduction of the 3.7 Roadster to allow for engine clearance and the same are used for all trads now.
