Dear All.
I was browsing through this months Miscellany and noticed that they have included the MSCC badge which can be cutout and placed in the now defunct tax disc holder.
The real problem is that when it is cutout, on the reserve side ( notice I didnt use the word backside ) there would be a picture of the headless torso of our illustrious and helpful Concourse Secretary DaveW. So is this a devious plan to get ride of Dave or was it a genuine error by the editor of Miscellany?
Secondly, would this picture cause my passengers future nightmares and possible long term mental damage.
All helpful answers would be appreciated.
