Em, My beard seems to have had someone put bleach on it. In December, near the 25th, someone shouted "Here he is"

Eldest son in Hungary, youngest in the capable hands of one of his carers so Rach and I escaped, hood down, sidescreens off, over to a village in East Lancashire called Fence for a slap up lunch with Friends. A great drive A6 to Bamber Bridge, A59 to just before Clithero, A671 to Padiham then on to A6068 to the Ye Old Sparrow Hawk in Fence Great lunch, 3 hours later said our goodbyes, got in the MOG, turned the key, nothing, flat battery, not a wimper Remembered that as we headed through a bit of mist on the journey over, I turned on the sidelights and of course completely forgot when I parked up Bummer said Dougal I was parked in the prime spot just infront of a busy beer garden with everyone dining out in the sun Fortunately our friends hadn't left and Tony drove me to Nelson 3 miles away and the very first shop we came to was an open auto parts shop £16 lighter with a pair of heavy duty 3 metre jump leads, headed back to the pub and jumped the Mog from Tony's X5 - not easy finding and getting to the battery on the X5 let alone the Mog Left the cars running as we enjoyed the one we went for sat in the sun laughing at our/my silliness and relieved at our relatively painless rescue A great drive home and passed another Morgan coming through our home village of Croston - waves, flashes and smiles duly exchanged

Fetched my new 4/4 from the dealer in hamburg on thursday with 56 km on the odometer. Drove home on country lanes, and spent the whole easter weekend visiting the family and strolling around with the morgan. Took my wife and even the dog with me sometimes, both behave as very good passengers;-) Got a lot waves, even thumbs up from a biker. Acceleration is great, driving the mog is so much fun. 783 km on the odometer up to now. Found a great scenic tour with a lot of bends, followed by a longer straight, the ideal biotope for the mog. Anywhere i park people smile and take pictures of the mog. An elder man asked when the car was built and could not believe that it was brand new. Some people know the brand, but most first think it is a jaguar or a mg until i tell them. Saw another mog in ivory today in sande, round about 14:00h, waving to each other, but unfortunately going different directions. Hope to see them again, there are not much morgans around here. summary for this fantastic weekend: omg, i love that car!
2015 4/4 "Chaplin" in black and white, usually strolling around at the german north sea shore

Almost a Full family outing today 9 in total [not all in the Morgan] 2 + dog in mog, 2 + grandson +dog in daughters Rover mini convertible.2 people + 2 dogs + grandson + 92 year old grandma in a Picasso. Went on 100 mile journey to the blue lagoon in Pembrokeshire only to find it had become part of the Bermuda triangle. thick fog over the sea and coast, a few miles away blue sky and sun. Very spooky. Still it was a nice drive and I was in the +8 so all was well, and my face is burnt.
.+8 Now gone for a 1800 4/4. Duratec in bright yellow.

Should have put sun cream on the cowl. Why not the wings and bonnet as well.
