Any ideas for luggage on the rack which do not obscure the top stop light?

Ortlieb dry packs come in a range of sizes and are 100% waterproof. They have enough straps attached that they are relatively easy to clip on to a back rack. No connection with the company but I have used their bags on the back of my Plus 4 and they have done the job really well.
