Stuck in Milan & Pavi with 26 c plus and no Mog. I see it will be cold at home whenI get tonight.
Still plan a few runs on Fri & Sat though

Lovely run into work this afternoon apart from the elderly couple in the burgundy metallic Citroën Picasso that decided to go around the Sparkford roundabout 3 times in the left lane with nil indication! once back on the move on the bit by the shell station a lovely 2nd gear blip of an overtake of another car accompanied by a lovely raspy exhaust note which sort of made the commute enjoyable.

120 miles yesterday from aldridge to Northants to meet spanner juggler and another mog owner for a healthy lunch. Pie in other words.
Lovely run back in short shirt sleeves in trio of plus fours, via husbands bosworth and thence Lutterworth, Hinckley and a5 back to home.
Grand day out, especially the return journey in convoy for the first part.

What are those blips costing you Peter? I think they are free... 240 miles run and 28% fuel remaining...that is 27mpg. I'm happy with that. All pleasure has a price.....

Mark that would be the 3500 rpm plus grin as the warp factor kicks in & you can hear Scotty saying "she kan nae take it captain". Don't you just love the 3 l Roadster. When I am home Friday I am getting run in whatever the weather!

Blast out to Oil Can Cafe at New Mills near Holmfirth in my 4/4..great cafe based on 40s/50s theme with selection of classic cars in cafe...Bristol,Lagonda.Riley,even a Morgan !!!!
Vintage items for sale on site ..clothes,tools etc + IK Classic Car restorations on site ( nice 69 Fiat Abarth for sale)
