I think quite a few of us enjoy the solo spirited runs  Thanks Stewart I inherited a camera phone from my SIL and I'm slowly getting acquainted with it.

Well not just today but about 2 weeks about took the Plus 8 and DHC (in trailer) on a Morgan adventure, about 800 miles round trip. Orlando Florida to Aiken South Carolina. Still a bit of sunburn. It was the MOGSouth (USA Southeastern Club) 40th anniversary. We had over 150 people and some 55+ cars. 3 vintage F4s, 4 Series 1s (1 DHC, 2 two seaters and 1 4 Seater), 2 Flat Rad Plus 4s, 2 Plus 4 DHCs, 3 New M3Ws, 2 Aero 8s, and oodles of Roadsters, Plus 8s and Plus 4s (TR engined) but only 2 4/4s. Bill Fink was our guest of honor. Gymkhana, Rally, Scavenger Hunt, Public Car show with People’s Choice Award, Morgan exhibit at local museum, Formal Judged Concours with brunch at an historic Aiken SC estate. Awards banquet. A few casualties, a 36 MK4 SS lost a front kingpin lug, a 60s vintage Plus 4 had a drum brake fall apart, and a temporary failed fuel pump on a Plus 8. Ian Shelmerdine was my copilot in the Plus 8 and in the DHC all weekend. Busy weekend but fun.

Had a run yesterday, side screens off, very nice. Changeable forecast for coming days so the hood will be needed.
Cant decide what a 4/4 really needs, a wringing of the neck in between elements of cruising country roads within the speed limit?
