I think they are just too busy enjoying their cars to come onto the forum! A large number have ended up in Germany.

I have a new Plus 8.... but I know it's not quite the same. +1.... I talked to Mark Leddington and he told me that at the end of last year there were less than 50 Plus8/Speedsters in the UK. As Jays said, Germany is their biggest market. I have met, other than Neil, one other Speedster owner and I know one other person here who is buying a Plus 8...

I haven't seen another apart from yours Peter... I rarely see Morgans on the road anyway.
Someone mentioned recently that the Plus 8 was not going to be produced any more - to drive sales to the Aero. Not sure if this is true - if so, it would be a great shame. The 8 is such a terrific car, I'm thoroughly delighted with mine. Can't fault it... other than I drive it too quickly.

I agree with peter. the +8 is a great Morgan combo. It seems a little nuts to drop it to drive revenue to the new shape car. One of the great things about driving Morgan's is that people think they are OLD cars when they are not and go like a stabbed rat. Combining that with the modern chassis and big grunty V8 is just wonderful.
Whilst I appreciate the benefits of optimised production this is not cool.
Everyone loves a Morgan. Even me, unless it's broken again.

Em +1. Compared to the new aero 8, even with the extras you could say it was a bit of a rip off!

I don't feel at all ripped off with my 2012 Plus 8. I got a bit of derision for choosing an auto too, but am delighted with that. Superb driving experience. Helps to have the secure boot tho. And the Luigi dash.
