Had a vibration since two days in the right Headlight, checked and found a crack in the base of the housing (common issue already threated in this Forum) Those who had this issue...are there alternative (better quality) solutions as replacement for the Morgan Headlights? I just upgraded the Headlight inserts to quality Harley ones which makes me stay on the 7" size to keep the inserts. Any ideas for 7" housings for my 3W
Cheers, Georges

I'm using the J.W. Speaker LED's which are a modern lamp and they do not look out of place on this car. There are better quality lamp buckets out there. If you like it try it!
It's like taking an older wooden sail boat and refitting it with stainless fittings and nylon instead of hemp rope. Some will grumble and others will say "cool!"
What's your mileage? Who cares. Is it practical? See #1. What happens when it rains? You get wet.

Smaug you will have to cut the wire to pass it through the mounting bolt so ensure you have connectors. I believe RedThree had one reploaced under warranty. My RH lamp vibrates & wont stay in adjustment.

Talked to my dealer on Monday. He sayd that it is under garantee and had already ordered a spare Headlight body (in stock at Malvern ) should be here end of the week / begining next week....would be fair to me. If that happens again, then I will reconsider to buy new Headlights in a better Quality... Thanks for all your replys
