Hello there,

I plan to make a stopover in Woodstock to visit Blenheim Palace (my girlfriend´s wish) on August 10th (after the Prescott Hill Revival and another factory tour in Malvern wink ) . Any recommendations for a nice and calm B&B (with a safe private parking for the car!) in or around Oxford?

On the next day, after visiting the palace we plan to journey on to a place somewhere between Brighton and Folkstone for the last stopover before the ferry on Wednesday (12th of August). Not sure yet where exactely....
Do you have a tip for another B&B (same specification as named above) somewhere on this part of the coast? We rather would like to avoid bigger towns, so a charming little town or village would be welcome.

Furthermore any tip for a nice routeing along the sea or what to see during the ride from Woodstock to the coast?

On Wednesday morning it´ll only be the ride from the last B&B to the ferry in Dover (leaving at 12 a.m.).

Thank you in advance!

Kind regards from Germany,

George

The Bear in Woodstock is lovely - not sure about private parking, but I would think Woodstock to be incredibly safe.

The Bear does have a good "safe" car park.

There are several good pubs in Woodstock - but they do not have parking.

Thank you, guys!

All bookings done. After the two nights in Malvern I´ll stay in Cumnor near Oxford and then the 2nd night in Hastings.
Both seem to be rather nice B&B´s, especially the one in Cumnor.

Kind regards,

George
