i have a problem with non cancelling indicators. With the roof down i can't see the lights. Can anybody suggest a tried and tested audible solution i can fit?

Not the cheapest, but as it's designed for motorcyles, should be waterproof: Audicator (a Google search will find them)...

All you need are two diodes, a sounder and a few bits of wire. Fancy sounder... I'll cough that electrics are my thing, but it's not that complicated to do. (Surprised Graham didn't go with this one).

I bought a relay with a bleeper on e bay that you just swap for the standard unit on my 97 +4.
There is an old thread on here about it.
I think it was at £15

Yes Martyn, but knowing how non-waterproof my old '76 car was I bought an Audicator when Chris Bailey arranged a discount for bulk purchase... Not sure the 'new' car is much better...

You mean your wife doesn't shout at you when you leave them on !!! Mine wouldn't notice! Too busy looking in shop windows...
