Nice one . Alas it is 706 days away, unless the boss upset me. Thanks to Mr Osbourne's reforms on pensions I can afford to go sooner. 1.9342446 years that is good news John and I really am pleased for you both - I recall you went up to the big village a short while back for a review and suchlike. It is a big decision that sadly some folk put off until it's too late and life overtakes them and they don't get to realise their dreams as ill health creeps up on them. Congratulations

Poor little wipers!
Just got home - some BIG bug hit my windscreen and when a say big I mean BIG!
My wipers made my windscreen look as if someone had smeared a 1/4 lber cheese burger over it! Poor little things didn't do a very good job even after almost emptying the washer bottle (which most of ended up on me... Ah, it's not just me then! Yep there are some big messy b*ggers about this year. I always carry a bottle of Clean Glass and a rag with me and pull over when neces, coz those wipers just don't cope ! Trying to book in for my 72,000 service - come on Williams, come on...  Cheers

Just dropped Mrs M mini for a MOT, nice drive back only 14 miles.
Very much in the dog house, could be up for rehoming

Not today but yesterday I took a quick (!) run just to check everything is in working order. Tried 80 mph with the top down and everything was as calm as one can expect (I expect...). Very satisfying experience - new hairstyle was free of charge

Yes went out for lunch and nearly got wiped out by a texting Range Rover driver, missed me by a whisker. Can't wait to get back to work tomorrow
