My car did 821miles from 2001-20008 with the first owner.
Now it has 45000 something.
6400 something pr year in my ownership. Similar to my Roadster....700 miles in 4 years and that was all down to the car being driven to the dealers.....probably by his PA....for a full annual service. At 6'7" and size 15 feet I very much doubt he even drove it!

Tarka has been driven 20600 miles (by many, many people) since it was built at the end of 2013. I've added 5000 of them since 24 November 2014, so about 8000 a year.
Aldermog I drove just under 5000 miles a year.
Tarka is a more usable, more complete car.

I don't get nearly as many miles as I'd like. The car covered well over 100,000 miles in its first 23 years (the speedo broke and was changed at some point in its early life, I can't remember what the mileage was when it was reset to zero). It's now limping along at barely 1,000 per year. I suspect that number will start going up again in a couple of years when the offspring can safely be left at home on their own while  and I head off for weekend jaunts...

Don't for a minute think you can EVER leave offspring safely in charge for a whole weekend........

Roadster 12000 miles in 8 years
Bumble 6000 miles in 2 years
Partial retirement 2 years, and that makes a huge difference to opportunities to get the Morgan out.
