I noticed that some of the 3 wheelers have a lighter port. Has anyone hooked up inverters for charging electronics? How many watts can that port handle?
Also has anyone done any additions or mods to support multiple ports?

Open the fuse panel to see the wattage on that.
What's your mileage? Who cares. Is it practical? See #1. What happens when it rains? You get wet.

If your going to fit big inverter I would come of battery with a thick cable

If I remember correctly you have a a total of 38A available from the alternator to run everything including the fuel pump, injection, ignition etc.
It's easy enough to either add a fused cable and socket direct to the battery or there should be one or more unused fuses in the fuse box.

Run a separate power supply from the terminal in the right front under the oil tank. You can set this up with a relay and wire a switch to the cockpit and have your inverter plugin anywhere you want it.
