OK, I'm 2 weeks into ownership and loving it, however I already found an issue with my 2015 M3W. When I honk the horn both the horn and hazard lights come on and I must turn the hazard light toggle on and then off to turn them off. The hazards work independently with out issue. I have pulled the fuse cover to inspect the switches and inspected the wiring for issues (kinked, nicked, shorted, broken, loose...) but I don't see anything. If anyone has an idea or experience with this please let me know other wise I'll need to haul it up to the dealer who is 4 hours away (8 hours round trip).

Thanks,
Robert

I had a similar issue. The horn didn't work at all and when the hazards were on you could remove the key and the engine would continue to run. More than one switch was incorrectly wired. I suspect your hazards are picking up an earth through the horn switch. From what I remember they have a common earth rail. I put a photo on my M3W blog of the switch (horn)

I don't have a photo on file of the hazard switch and not at home at the mo

I had exactly the same experience yesterday. First time I've used the horn in 10 months of ownership.
