A professional safe cracker who likes porridge, went into the wood trade kitchen tops etc got caught shifting a few ££££££££££££0000 in the boot of his car. My mate did some work for him ( NOT THAT KIND ). I think it was drains around his house when built.

A few years ago went through a patch when the bonnet was up at a show and we had gone off for a look round. Some brain dead %?@~{}+¬ shoved an ice cream all over the engine and another who must have had a bad chest spat his filthy chest phlegm over the engine area.
But who am I to Judge in the early 1970s when I was going out with a girl ( well I thought it was ) . I found out she was two timing me with her boss . Walked into his office and told him what he was and I would tell his wife , he said it was not him it was his partner's son . I spotted his Ford reg no WFL 732 ( JUST MAKING IT UP ) . Got a tip they are going to the Fiesta night club Stockton .
Went with a mate and into the car park spotted the Ford , no one about removed all 4 valves from his tyres and dropped them down the drain , then off home.
The following day drove past the place his car parked outside it was not WFL 732 it was DFL 542 ooooooooops I took the valves off the wrong car.
Got rid of that girl plenty more fish in the sea.
Always stuck in my mind and I would love to say sorry for that.

So are there any recommendations for Dash cams: I will need to think about where to place it as I am on aero screens. But I do have a wide rear view mirror so it could go in front of that.

So are there any recommendations for Dash cams: I will need to think about where to place it as I am on aero screens. But I do have a wide rear view mirror so it could go in front of that. We tested loads at work to put in our cars. The best performer was the Transend Drivepro 200. Works well at night as well as day. 160 degree angle, WIFI so you can watch it on your PC or iPad. Paid about £75 from Amazon.

I remembered another incident today. We were at a wet Silverstone many years ago and following a large crowd on a pathway with cars parked very close. A man in front with a golf umbrella (not up) suddenly lifted the umbrella, and scored a line all the way down the side of a parked car. I couldn't believe what I'd just seen.
Unbelievable.

Unbelievable. Accidents happen but what happened after he's done it - did he know what he's done? And if so did he do anything about it?

It wasn't an accident Stewart, but it did look as if it was an impulse, unless he knew who's car it was.
