Has anyone overseas received a letter yet? Mark Evans said 10 working days on August 4th and still nothing. I thought I'd be patient given overseas post but we are three weeks in now. Best email them as they seem to have forgotten they built my car.
Only three in this topic report to have received the letter (nippymog, Chris99 and HJP). It's now an evidence that letters haven't been sent to everyone. It still the policy to promote some happy few with silence in exchange.
I can confirm we have received a letter on behalf of our South African friends who used our address to order theirs. It was one of the earliest 2012 models
My brother passed on to me copies of the docs he had been sent by Morgan South Africa also. They seem to have been much more on the ball than Malvern. I think Blackadder above has it 100% right. After that I am guessing they put the messages in a bottle and throw them into the sea.

Not sure where Morgan are getting the addresses from , mine was sent to my old address and forwarded on . Also if they had looked at their records (do they keep them ?) they would have seen that they had already replaced my chassis with a 2014 one , so the letter didn't apply to me . Still it gave me an opportunity to complain about the lie included in the letter !
They have done all the warranty work, upgrades, and serviced my car at Malvern. Also I get promotional emails from them, so they should have my car details in their filing cabinet!
