Hi Red3W

Unfortunately the letters have already left us, hopefully when we get the responses we'll have everyone's contact details. It's a very good idea, and i'll see what we can do this end to get the information out owners (obviously dealers are/ should already be able to assist, and have the information).

atalante83 you did see me at the factory, i drove the vehicle round to you for inspection. I was unaware of you being asked to move (I am aware that you were here for several hours though).

I'm not sure this the correct place to discuss individual cases, and I will not respond any further on this.

Obviously you are free to post what ever you want, but i will not be drawn any further on this case within TM

You have my email address and phone number.

Hello Mark

That would be very much appreciated.

I bought my car from Berrybrook and live in North Wales. I have had all the work done on my car and service at the factory in the past, so don't think my car is on record with my nearest dealer Oakmere.

It encompassed all aspects of their ownership from how they thought the dealer performed right the way through to feedback on factory experiences.
Obviously we were limited for numbers, so I’m afraid some of you were not invited ( maybe not an owner that had experienced an issue we were aware of)

Scott ...you have not upset me...it would take a lot more!

As has been said all points of view can be expressed on here.

By the way .. I thought you might be dyslexic ...but admire your posting given your late start of spelling and grammar.

Keep it up!

Question for the group. I live in the U.S. two months ago we purchased a "new" 2013 off the lot (it was the dealers demo unit). It had 1200 miles. This alteration had evidently not been completed and I was not made aware of it. Should I be upset? I'm not entirely sure. I assume this modification was to be made to all effected models. Regardless, I'm going to have this modification completed as soon as I can. Thoughts?

I would suggest that you talk to the dealer and get the checks and fitting of the brace done. There does seem to be something of an issue with getting the official letters to people but if you're aware of the issue then go for it, don't wait for the letter. In fairness two months ago your dealer really was not likely to be aware of this action by Morgan.
