I love the coloured cowl, black exhausts etc. - it's a great look.

Love the red trim on the wheels no idea what its called...is it exclusive to morgan ? But with tyres / wheels being all black it makes an excellent contrast
Also painting the cowl a definite plus in that colour !

The red trim is on the tyres but done as close to the rim as he could get. Standard half inch red-walling

Looks great Philip, the red trimmed bits and bobs, to match the interior really does finish the car. I notice you're not using the factory luggage rack? Where did yours come from, or was it made specially? [Not a difficult job I would think].

Paul, the luggage rack came from MorganPark in Hamburg. I wanted the compact look of the vintage wood railed one without the wood. Not to everyone's taste especially drilling holes in the body but I'm only using it for decoration.
Yes I've studied it for hours to get the look. The pipes are black to avoid the discolouration but also to match the roll hoops and steering wheel. The red and white splashes increase visibility and alternate with the various chrome bits along the length. Maybe a bit overdone but it is a toy after all. I sail a pink yacht :-)
A few more fine details to come yet Conrad. I'll update as I get them on.
As an aside, when I ordered it on the 20th April I resolved to get in shape by the time it arrived. Happy to report I have lost 21kg (from 106 to 85). 85 was my target but I may keep up the diet/exercise a bit longer.
