That is a beauty, always had guitars since childhood, only ever made noise on them.....wish I had learnt to play properly. Sat looking at my EKO J54 covered in dust on its guitar stand and feeling guilty.
You just have to be a far better player than I am , trying to learn to play in my late 60s! With short stubby arthritic fingers. The cat has left home.
I still pick up my Martin 6str now and again- not good enough anymore for my 12str. Maybe when I retire I'll have more time to still play badly. I've got an original Matrix somewhere in the loft- one of the kids sat on it and cracked it many years ago. Might try and find it one day- it was a great gig guitar.
That Matchless is lovely, I bet it goes really well with the Tele. I am on a new guitar moratorium for a while, but I have sneaked one of those Yamaha THR10C amps into the living room. Fortunately it meets with SWMBO's approval, probably because it's a good deal quieter than the Mesa Boogie
