So far (20.000km):
Exhaust broken / replaced with a Morgan stage 1 kit / excellent!
New rear sprocket
Cam belt broken
Flat tire because of missing rim belt
Very noisy bevel box
Fuel gauge replaced with a longer cylinder unit
Rectifier relocated
and something more...

September 2012 build with 20,450 miles

Cycle-Electric rectifier replaced with H-D unit - 800 miles
Tires and sprocket w/ belt replaced - 4500 miles
Sprocket replaced - 8500 miles
Blockley tires, Comfort Kit and sprocket - 13,000 miles
Cam belt shredded - 14,000 miles
Battery replaced with higher capacity - 15,000 miles
Blockley tires and Super Max sprocket - 19,000 miles
Compensator died, awaiting Centa unit - 20,450 miles

Along the way: Various bobbins for mufflers, H-D unit does not need them. One headlight lost due to deer. Deer dead, fair trade. Broken wires to speedometer sensor. Broken left tail light due to accident in parking area. New clamps on fuel lines at engine. Various lost nuts and bolts due to vibration. Loktite is your friend.

Once the Centa unit is installed will continue to drive until the snows fly!

What's your mileage? Who cares. Is it practical? See #1. What happens when it rains? You get wet.

I'd love to take some long trips with my Morgan but honestly I'm afraid too. I don't fancy paying for the car to be repatriated if it fails far from home.

My M3W is the opposite of reliable. I will NEVER buy another Morgan. Too much time spent fixing, waiting, and worrying. Not enough time spent driving.

Bought it new in August 2013.
Gone 15,000km now. (it's almost impressive to have so many problems in such a short time)
4 major failures that required a recovery vehicle to get the car home.
Several months where it couldn't be used due to awaiting repairs.
Many smaller failures and extra maintenance expenses.

Major failures:
(1) Crank shaft pulley failed at 2000km. Car was awaiting repair for 7 WEEKS!
(2) Throttle cable failed at ~7000km. Car was awaiting repair for one week.
(3) Exhaust fell off at 14,900km. Car was awaiting repair for one week.
(4) Cam belt tensioner failed at 15,000km. No ETA from Morgan on when this will be done. Probably at least one month of waiting.

Minor failures:
Turn signal relay, many fuses, rear wiring loom
More that I can't remember of have mentally blocked.

Unhappy extra maintenance expenses:
Rear sprocket was worn out at 13,000km. Had to be replaced, was very expensive!

Ouch! Just as some things seem to be getting better others are getting worse.

Right now it seems like clutches and engines are failing when I hoped these were the reliable bits. In for a service next week and no telling what they will find or what it will cost - at 4,500 miles and 3 years!

I set off to Grindelwald from Leeds with butterflies in my stomach in anticipation of impending doom.

1500 miles in 4 days, 2 of which were 540miles non stop except for 1 fuel stop and NO problems at all.

I still can't believe it.

Rear sprocket is shagged now though.

Among all the cars I have owned in my life the 3W is the worst in reliability. But the best is still my Morgan 4/4 of 74.

Apart from the (Brooklands) exhausts, no complaints. Then again, I only clocked 5000 kms with it in the first year, I did more than that with the Plus 4 this summer.
