We went over to Wellesborne this afternoon,our last opportunity to see the mighty Vulcan in the air.
Great to see, but at the same time, very sad.

No! But I did get out for a very nice 4 hour sail.  Warm sunshine this afternoon. I hope it holds up for tomorrow and my planned run with the Plus 4 up into Switzerland.

Yes, home to visit my 95 year old father in Hampshire and back.. I think I've clocked up the best part of 500 miles this weekend with the Haynes trip yesterday added on.. especially as we had to take a longer route due to Graham being a wanted man in one town..  At this rate I'm going to have to increase my mileage limitation with G&W

St Athan with Ray and both  Vulcan flypast...awesome! Then back to Ogmore by Sea and Porthcawl for fish and chips in Beales! Yummy.

I spent part of the morning fiddling with the car trying to resolve difficult starting. I needed to give the car a good run just... because!
