Only one small issue was the connection to the rear brake cylinders. On the nearside I had never touched this so after inspecting it I chose to remake the brake line from the t-piece to the cylinder with new fittings. I also changed the fitting on the offside (previously I'd changed this line).
Richard - appreciate you info on the service schedule and the pics of your car - looks really good. I thought the service schedule doc (service sheet.docx) worth downloading for my own use (thanks for posting) but the download seems to only show an empty word doc? Tried on a couple of machines but no luck - any chance of re-uploading?
Richard, The service sheet is very good but on my own devised sheet I also add the description of the materials used. For instance the engine oil. When I bought my plus 4 I asked the owner what oil he had put in the gearbox - he did not know as the garage had not told him. Now the type of oil in my gearbox is very important.
I think the Word doc must have got "lost" during the server move. Here's the latest.
With regards to Engine Oil etc. I tried to make this generic for all to use (if they so wish). In my completed version (see the PDF) oils, pads etc. are listed.

Richard - thanks for uploading again - very useful doc
