Am I imagining it, or have some lucky folk got themselves carbon mirrors for their aeromaxes?

could have sworn I saw this on a photo here, but cannot find it now?

Quite fancy a set and wondering if they were factory options?

Also rather want some lambo super leggeria carbon seats, but finding and trimming a set could prove rather expensive, if they would even fit anyway...

found a link

http://www.talkmorgan.com/gallery/26/medium/1109.jpg

and answered my own question by finding the original thread - it was earlier than I expected...

Quote from mogcollector...

"These are no factory items. The contact: www.merz-pabst.com ( Morgan dealer in Germany, Stuttgart) Call Axel Beckert. He speaks english very well. ( not like me )

Sadly, you can´t find these and other Aero items on their internet - side. ( Send me an e-mail , i´ll return prices)
"

Oliver also posted photos of the carbon diffuser and front lower spoiler they offer - again, both look like nice quality items.

Iv'e mailed them direct to get prices.
I'm sure they won't be cheap.

also, I've found some us suppliers who do various carbon bits for lots of cars - so I'm thinking that I should be able to source a carbon handbrake and air vents etc too..

Thanks for the prices Oliver - very useful - the company haven't got back to me yet(!)..

Have found someone who is prepared to make a set of wingmirros in carbon, so going to go ahead on that as long as the price is reasonable, then look at other items later in the summer.

In the meantime I am looking at carbon bucket seats, and waiting to measure air vents..

Sounds very interesting, does the comfort issue bother you? I used to have Carbon Tiletts in a Caterham, they were initially comfortable & very supportive, but on a long journey…., although I’m guessing you would have a lot more padding than the Tiletts?

Looking forward to hearing your review of the S4 over the S2, that is if the rumours are true. thumbs

Seat wise I'd be finding some carbon buckets from a posh motor that no longer needs them (e.g. a scrapped porsche gt3) and have them retrimmed to suit the aero.

Key aim is to loose the considerable weight in the aero seats, and secondary aim is to make the seat a bit more 'snug' and allow me to sit a little lower in the car.
