As a winter project I want to fit brake reaction bars.
That means drilling the galvanised chassis.
Any advice on how to treat the holes to prevent corrosion?

Screwfix do a galvanising spray paint at £4.49 a can (but you need to be over 18 to purchase it!!). Galvanising spray paint

Galvafroid is what our Masts and Towers guys used if they had to drill after dipping. It's a cold galvanising grey paint, it lasted well in exposed saline atmospheres. http://www.fosroc.com/product/show/galvafroid

Please let me know how you get on with this job. I was considering having a go myself but I am very adverse to drilling holes in the car especially as I'm not totally convinced that I will gain any real benefit.

It's a funny thing this aversion to drilling holes in the car - we presumably don't balk at the walls or floors of our homes? I haven't been around a corner at 70mph in my bathroom.

I have spent the last few weeks drilling holes in my new galvanised chassis, there are plenty to drill when fitting up a new body, bulkhead and inner wings. Cold galvanising paint is fine but I will be using Rocol anti scuffing paste to assemble the various nuts and bolts to prevent corrosion, it will also protect the bare steel where the holes are drilled.
