There's nothing mystical about generic automotive 12 volt relays particularly the 4 pin on/off or 5 pin changeover type. You will often find that MMC fit five pin type everywhere as they will work equally well as on/off type and are then interchangeable on rare occasions a changeover type is needed.
I recommend British made Durite brand. Regarding rad fan application a 40 amp one will be more than adequate and best to keep a spare whilst travelling as a simple plug in replacement such as Durite 0728-34. This is a diode protecting 12 volt 30/40 amp 5 pin changeover relay. The lower dual current rating refers to that taken by normally closed contacts, when used as an on/off relay the higher 40 amp rating applies.
