Mrs t has decided that she needs to balance out my lack of Eco ness. So her new car arrives Friday. I am for the first time suffering car envy in my own home. Hope I get to borrow the keys sometimes...



I will be carrying out extensive testing on the basis that this drivetrain is bound to end up in a Morgan sooner or later. Or at least you'd hope so...

Now that she's an eco warrior, perhaps you'll have to start calling her Swampy.

17 mpg and a small tank is what Clarkson said . Still he loved it.

Since MMC have already built the PlusE, it would be a logical move to build a hybrid Aero.

And with regard to a Morgan with MINI engine - it would make a nice 4/4.............
Three cylinders have a sporty exhaust note and it's a light & compact engine. Although finding a gearbox to fit might be a challenge.

I was tongue in cheek about the hybrid drivetrain - I figure the setup at the moment with 2 electric motors and a 3 cylinder would be impossible to package. Maybe one day though - the torque would fit well wth the lightweight aero chassis!

Pretty sure they will depreciate - because I'm buying it. It will appreciate once I sell it. Just like my Aeromax, s2 s1 and S4 have since I sold them...
