It was actually pHD level 'lady maths' by Liz that translated into trading the family RR for an i8... Luckily she's much cleverer than me  Well done Liz!  However, I have drawn the line at using the FF for tip runs, so I've jut bout a 1996 4.2V8 Nissan Patrol off eBay sight unseen from Scotland. What could possibly go wrong... Love your style Rich, I had one of those in Africa at about that time. Carved from the solid and gave no trouble at all, but more Defender than Range Rover if you know what I mean! Sophisticated it weren't...  You must have something like the ideal stable now, in our case Head Office has ordered another Porsche as a daily driver so our own stable is expanding somewhat. January delivery...

I think it's going to be very much a 'man truck' the Patrol. Flying to Glasgow on Saturday to pick it up. Think it's been towing a vegetarian noodle bar around for a few years. I'll be finding some chunky rubber to stick on it and combing eBay to find bits and bobs to fix up a few of the bits on it that are getting shabby.
Initially i was looking for a Defender, but they're so overpriced, and the Patrol just looks fantastic, and has the reputation for reliability and off road ability that suggests it should be fun...
Current stable is getting close to ideal. Would still like a lotus esprit, but there aren't any nice ones around and I should spend some money on the house...

The new P90D Tesla is 2.8 seconds to 60. The Tesla referral programme has been extended so anyone that wants to buy one gets a little extra saving if they use my referral link.

I'm quite happy with my standard 85 at the moment, the new software updates for auto park and auto steer on motorways works quite well.
I've got the GTN for speed, might put the Ferrari up for sale to make space for when the new Aero arrives as the garage is full at the moment.
