I need 85m2 so it'll be a very large stand.

I have plastic tiles fitted. Been in for 3 years without problem. Designed the pattern on the website of the supplier and paid to have them fit. Took about 3 hours for them to install and that included the skirting around the garage. Can't remember exactly but I think was around £1,700-2,000 inclusive of everything.

Think they are Dynotile. Not at home to check at moment.

I have a thick layer of Spydershyte(tm). Soaks up oil. And water. Sometimes. The porus concrete base layer ensures a wonderfully damp atmosphere though the worst of the winter.

Can't wait to knock it down and build a new one. Watching this thread with interest to help me decide how to finish the new one.

Underfloor heating from an air-source heat pump? Seriously... you may be able to lose the VAT and qualify for a 'renewables' grant. I got knocked back because I did my main property refurb and the new outbuildings together - I should have done the new building as a separate project.

Renewable heating and an i8 I'd be worrying that Rich is going to turn into TM's very own swampy.
