Has anybody got a recommendation for spark plugs? I'm about to change them for the first time and wondered if anybody has a preference based on experience. Cheers, D

I have a smooth engine run with NGK LTR5IX-11. Iridium sparks. They are the upgrade replacement for regular sparks with 1mm gap. Ford regapped the sparks in the past from 1,3 mm to 1 mm due to eaten coils when they used the 1,3 mm gapped sparks.

The Iridium version will maintain a good spark for a longer life as Iridium helps prevent electrode wear.
Magnecor leads too....... You won't get more power! You will get a better running engine though.
