No leaks at all.

I had a leak the other week when driving quickly in a real downpour on the motorway - I think at normal 60mph or under speeds it's watertight.

The aircon and heated screen didn't clear the screen too much. But I survived.

Together with my son I had an extended drive through the Eifel this afternoon. Mild weather and some sun rays made it a nice experience.
And...it was the first tour with my new manifold, custom made by a local specialised work shop. I'm very very happy concerning the added torque and power. More of that later in another thread. Here are pics from today.

Only a 43 mile outing today but good to find time to get the car out.

Off to Ashby de la Zouch to get a new outdoor rug for junior horse. Half way there the rain started and became quite heavy.

The soggy alert from the passenger seat reached 120dB at the same time as I could no longer see through the screen - why Morgan don't fit wipers on the inside of the screen beats me! Forced to stop and put the hood up. Continued on our way, bought the rug and then went on to Calke where SWMBO made good use of the Christmas Fair. The rain kept coming down so hood up all the way home.

Never noticed it before (too many topless shots I guess) the hood on the Plus 8 looks quite squat - I guess the extra cabin width adds to that? Gives it a mean look!

Off to see Nick Masons collection of cars tomorrow. Depending on the weather I may take Nero down there. This has been a long anticipated visit....just hoping I can take some photos!

You could have kept the hood down and worn the horse rug home?

A short jaunt in the Plus 4. Beautiful day in central Florida. Upper 70s (F) and sunny.

Cheers,

When the fog cleard I drove out for the city but instantly returned. They had put grid on the road as we had some black ice at night. Temperatures around freezing point (very different to Florida!)
