Thanks guys, and yes I can make the fuel gauge move just by warming it up! I've checked the last three tanks and they were 12.6, 13.0 and 9.6 mpg...
More videos to come next year.
Next major job is a new exhaust (the baffles are loose in one of the backboxes - it makes a terrible noise when you hit the accelerator). I'm thinking of having a custom one built for it (the engine is non-standard and it's in a non-standard position in the engine bay, so a Flowmaster or similar will involve a lot of hacking about anyway I think).

So the new exhaust was finally fitted! It only took nearly a year.
Flowmaster 40 Series Delta Flow mufflers and tips fitted (remaining pipework left as it was).
It's quite a bit louder than it was. I've measured it at 90db at idle.... The +8 (which is actually quite loud) was measured at 86db at Goodwood, which I guess would have been at around 2/3rds power or something like that?
Here's what it sounds like:
Fresh MOT yesterday as well:
and I had the front wheels rebalanced to try to cure some of the vibration experienced over 70mph:
