From what my contact said, space could be tight as well, so a reserved area would be good.
Had to go out and no message left but will follow up tomorrow.
I make that three definite (Robert will be over from France) and two interested so far...

No PM received (paul@barndance.co.uk is usually best anyway), but have made a note re numbers - still waiting to hear back, sounds like they are really going to struggle with the catering that day.
Plan B is to arrange something with the venue we are staying at, and bring it along with us. If so, will do for 5...

I'll be there in spirit.....we've spent many happy years at the annual MGCC event at Beaulieu when my daughter was small. An epic weekend away from Yorkshire, staying here on the outskirts of Salisbury.The ultimate farmhouse B&B. I intend to get a picture of the Mog in this setting...........  From here it's a pleasant hour through the New Forest to Beaulieu. I wish I could have found the time.
