Mark Cerrone was kind enough just now to let me know my little beast has been started and sent me a picture of her on the sawhorses with floor pans installed! And, if you've been following my "licensing" thread, we're getting closer to having Maryland give us the OK. It looks promising and the dealer has agreed to write an affidavit agreeing to buy back the car if it can't get licensed. Starting to smile a little.

Great news at last and a very fair offer from the dealer.

She now has a drive train installed. "Supposed" to be finished by the Friday 12/18 as that is when the factory goes on break for a few weeks. I'm guessing my car won't be finished as schedules, but we shall see. I need to wait for another car destined for my dealership anyway as I'll be saving $1,500 shipping because there will be two in the container instead of one.

Because it's the "wrong" time of year kinda (cold won't stop me).
Because I have a BMW R9T in the garage.
Because I know better then to actually anticipate any dates given to me.
Because the buddha has taught me about expectations (noble truth #2).

This is exactly the circumstances my 3 wheeler was made under, back in 2012. Finished the day before winter break and waiting on others to be container mates with. Have pictures at the factory of it returning from the 50 mile break in drive in the pouring cold December rain, thanks to PaulJ!
