i had this problem on my 4/4 but didn't think it would be on an aero of the brake lights not coming on unless you really pump the pedal a few times. is it just the same relay set up that you can do to the trad to stop this?

If there's an hydraulic switch it should be visible in the engine bay. I suspect that if this is the case that later Aeros will have the 'pedal switch factory upgrade'.
So all it needs is a relay and microswitch on the pedal.
Fiddly to do, but not complicated. laugh2

I read your guide on the other thread, so will get my mate who's an engineer and loves this sort of stuff haha. Will go have a hunt for the switch. Presume it just looks like the one on the trad mog's?

Yep - if there's a hydraulic switch it will look the same, and probably in the same location - offside chassis rail.
