PDF forms can be created that have fields that can be filled in on your computer but often this type of form is not available. On my PC I us Nitro Reader which even in the slightly limited free version allows you to add text to any PDF forms and even "sign" them with your scanned signature. I now complete all forms on the PC, save them with a name to indicate that it is the completed version, and send them off. I even scan forms that have been sent to me in the post, save them as a PDF, and then complete them on the PC using Nitro reader. To date I have not had anyone query the digital "signature" but the Sydney City Council recently would not accept an emailed or faxed form that they sent me. https://www.gonitro.com/

........, possibly the word noggin puts me off, .... Golly gosh! I'm glad I'm not the only one to hate that word It puts me off as well Although I quite like everything else I've experienced through the club I've met some very nice people many of whom aren't on this forum or any forum come to that, I've had some great days out organised through the FellMog centre and Fellmog's Morgans in Windermere last year was a real nice weekend I also look forward to having a properly printed periodical through the letter box in the form of Miss-iss-sell-ell-ell-nanny

Having organised a local MG 'Noggin' for 22 years I've had quite enough of turning out at night. So we don't often do that. We've been on one weekday lunch organised by my local MSCC group and that was pleasant, but I'm not that bothered really.

Easy there everyone (nearly everyone!). I'm sure the people running the club are doing it with the best of intentions and to the best of their ability. I think many might be frustrated because they would like a more modern association or club but things will only change your way if you get involved. For myself, I'm not really a club man, nor much of an 'insider' in any organisation. I really like the ethos of this forum actually, especially the idea of loosely organised run outs and meet-ups. I wish the club well however and hope it gets its finances sorted out.

I'm absolutely sure you are right in both these respects. What worries me is that the way the club is going, with declining membership and falling sales, would seem to indicate it requires a change in strategy, but I'm not seeing any evidence of such a thing happening.

Could those who prefer a soft copy (or wouldn't mind one) of the magazine inform the club who could count numbers and see if it is viable? There must be a soft copy before printing, surely?
