The Golden Age is always either the era immediately before the vintage of your own Morgan or of the very next iteration developed after.

Moral of the story, none are perfect but like houses and women, if you find a good one stick with it.

This would be the one for me linky and an early plus 8, and of course my Roadster, and if I still had any money a S4 Aero (I am drawn to the dark side ever since I saw the first Aero at the NEC)

EU regulations require the average CO2 emissions for the range of cars produced by a manufacturer to be 95 grams/km. I believe that it has to be phased in by 2020/21. So it puts a lot of pressure onto Morgan as well as other small manufacturers such as Caterham. Quite a challenge ahead and on top of that there will be implications regarding safety as well. So we may well see that we are in the Golden Age now....and it's not going to last very long!

To me it was somewhere around June-July 1976 when my car was built!
