I am 6'3 with a 36 inch inseam and size 13 shoes. I see you are in the US. I fabricate steering wheel spacers so your legs can clear the backside of the wheel. I use a 3.75 inch spacer with a Brooklands Wheel a smaller wheel is not required. The next modification is the pedal box. There is not much room on the left side of the car because the transmission tunnel flairs out where the gas pedal is. I welded an extension on the front of the floor plate to move the pedals an additional 1.5 inches forward. This required the removal of the top 1/3 of the gas pedal to clear the hump in the trans tunnel. With these modifications I can take my foot off the clutch pedal a put it on the floor.

Bewitched, Sounds good. I'm using a smaller Momo wheel. I'm your size and didn't want to use spacer cause I've long arms. I also raised the front of the seat 1 1/2 inches Now I sit just fine and am good for longer trips. Only one problem--I installed seat belt extenders and the extender socket is right at my hip bone, I see why Morgan uses the "buried" socket.

I had a problem where the seatbelt plugs it in the sense it kept digging in to me where it plugs in as it's got an angle on the top. Rather than an extender which appears dangerous in the event of a side impact I just turn it round throug 180 degrees and plug it in so it bends away. Problem sorted

I am looking to buy an used Morgan 3-wheeler.
Is there a difference in legroom between the "early" (2012/2014) m3w and the 2014/2015 models?
If there is a difference, is it structurally? Or is it just one more set of drilled holes to move the pedal cluster more forward?
Is there a difference in LHD or RHD with regard to leg room? Or are both identical?
I have just asked Morganmatt more information about his custom designed mechanism that allows for changing the orientation of the master cylinder.
I am 6'6, so most probably I need such mechanism also.
Thanks for your advice and kind regards from the Netherlands.

The early cars had a pedal assembly that was asymmetrical. It worked quite well for right hand drive but could not be moved all the way forward for LHD. That has since been dealt with but I do not know the exact "when." Later versions could be swapped right to left and be totally functional.
What's your mileage? Who cares. Is it practical? See #1. What happens when it rains? You get wet.

Is there a difference in the actual available foot/leg space in a right hand drive versus left hand drive vehicle, or is it strictly a matter of the pedal design? Is the transmission cover symmetrical left to right? Would a person with larger sized feet be more comfortable in a RH drive vehicle even if he lives in a left-hand drive country?

My M3W was made in December of 2012 and they had fixed the LHD/RHD pedal box issue by then. The originals had "M3W" cut into the risers and when they quit doing that is when they had pedal boxes designed for each side.

Hello all,
I'm infatuated with the 3 wheeler and am pleased to find such a helpful and good natured forum. I'm too tall (6'5") for one in standard form (sat in one), but it appears that some of you have figured out the adjustments to make. Near as I can tell, this is what I'd have to do:
-pedal box adjustment or modification -steering wheel spacer -narrower tunnel cover from Germany -seat bottom adjustment
Have I missed anything? Like some others, looking forward to seeing more photos of what Matt did with his pedal arrangement.
Thanks! Mike

Mike that sounds about it, raise the front edge of the seat. Some have gone for a dished wheel rather than a spacer. Thin soled narrow shoes help or drive in your socks. Last option not available for winter driving in Scotland.
